Dylan Stacey was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. He has spent many years working in popular high end restaurants in his home town as well as cooking for private functions. Dylan is now into his 8th season working as Head Chef on motor yachts. He has travelled throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean and United States of America during this time.
Dylan particularly enjoys cooking local Mediterranean and Asian style cuisine but is experienced in providing varying style of delicious food. He has received amazing reviews from our guests.
