Chef - Zarick

Zarick has been the head chef on yachts since 2019, originally from Durban, he wanted a new challenge and the opportunity to combine his love for food and his love for travelling. Zarick is interested in classic cooking and new age techniques and often brings both elements into his cooking, he also enjoys visiting the local markets to introduce local flavours and to select the freshest ingredients for his dishes.

When not cooking, he is always travelling and learning about other cuisines. He also enjoys photography, football and being outdoors.

Zarick is looking forward to sharing his passion for food with our charter guests this season.
